Terms & Conditions

1. You will receive a complimentary Elcom Platform license to be used for one of the following:
• school website and email marketing module
• additional portal
• forms and workflow solution.
2. The implementation cost of the website and email marketing module, additional portal or forms and workflow solution will be calculated during discussions.
3. There will be no annual subscription fee including annual maintenance and support for the complimentary Elcom Platform license, as long as the annual subscription fee for your elements by Elcom school portal is maintained. If you choose not to renew the annual subscription fee for your elements by Elcom school portal, you will be charged an annual subscription fee for the complimentary Elcom Platform license.
4. This offer is limited to the first 15 schools that sign up. 
5. This promotion is open to all new proposals and quotes signed off between 1st August 2019 and 20th September 2019. 
6. This promotion closes at the end of the current semester 20th September 2019.
7. An order is considered signed off and accepted by signing the Elcom contract found at the end of the proposal.
8. All signed orders need to be received in the email address stated in the contract by no later than 20th September 2019 in order to take advantage of this promotion.
9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts offered by Elcom. 
10. Elcom reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion at any time.
