  • Detailed Workshop. Our business analysts and technical experts will sit with you onsite to scope out your project, uncover goals, requirements and priorities.
  • Scoping Document. We will deliver an agreed statement of work and a comprehensive document outlining project requirements, timelines and milestones across the entire project lifecycle.
Elcom Services - Design Wireframes

Design

We pride ourselves on being completely flexible when it comes to the visual design process. You can choose from the following:

  • Themed design. Pick from multiple existing theme styles.These are fully mobile responsive and are a great base for eye-catching, quick to implement designs. 
  • Custom design. Our team will run detailed design workshop(s) to guide their designs, create a set of interactive wireframes and provide custom design concepts.
  • Third party design. We're always happy to work with your preferred third party design agency or in-house design teams.
Elcom Services - Build and Implementation

Build / Implementation

In this phase, we will take your requirements, apply the designs and incorporate any custom development as required to deliver your project in a high quality, timely manner.

As with the design stage, we are open to how you want to work with us. The platform can be deployed by:

  • Elcom Team. We have experienced in-house developers who know how to best deploy the solution.
  • Partners. You can choose from our partner network or partners of your choice.
  • Your team. We can train your in-house team to implement your site.
Elcom Services - QAT of Whole Site

Quality Assurance & Deployment

We know how important it is that your site functions the way you need it to in order to achieve your digital goals. Every site goes through rigorous refining and testing including:

  • Elcom system testing + refinements
  • User Acceptance Testing (‘UAT’) + refinements
  • Client UAT acceptance

This really just means that we take quality assurance (QA) seriously, and test the different areas of your site! The team can also work with you to create testing use cases.

Following this, you'll have a project manager and support team on hand, to ensure your go live process is seamless.

Elcom Services - Training

Training

To ensure your in-house team are in the best position to maximise the results from your new solution, we offer flexible training options - both face-to-face and through online meetings. Choose from:

  • Publishers and Administrators. In-depth training on how to use the platform on a day to day basis, covering all relevant features, modules and connectors.
  • Frontend Developers. Training on using Elcom Masterpages, Stylesheets, Codeblocks and more.
  • Backend developers. Training on using Elcom SDK and API and any custom functionality.
Elcom Services - Warranty Support

Warranty & Support

A lot of vendors consider a project completed once it goes live - but not here at Elcom!

  • 3 month warranty. We have a warranty and transition phase between projects to daily operations to ensure you are comfortable working in your new site.
  • Helpdesk support. You'll also have access to our Helpdesk support team through phone, email and online support forms.
  • Account Manager. After the deployment of your solution, you will also be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to oversee the continual success of your site
