  • Scoping Document. We will deliver an agreed statement of work and a comprehensive document outlining project requirements, timelines and milestones across the entire project lifecycle.
Elcom Services - Design Wireframes


We pride ourselves on being completely flexible when it comes to the visual design process. You can choose from the following:

  • Themed Design. Pick from multiple existing theme styles. These are fully mobile responsive and are a great base for eye-catching, quick to implement designs. 
  • Custom Design. Our team will run detailed design workshop(s) to guide their designs, create a set of interactive wireframes and provide custom design concepts.
  • Third-party Design. We're always happy to work with your preferred third party design agency or in-house design teams.
Elcom Services - Build and Implementation

Build / Implementation

In this phase, we will take your requirements, apply the designs and incorporate any custom development as required to deliver your project in a high quality, timely manner.

As with the design stage, we are open to how you want to work with us. The platform can be deployed by:

  • Elcom Team. We have experienced in-house developers who know how to best deploy the solution.
  • Partners. You can choose from our partner network or partners of your choice.
  • Your Team. We can train your in-house team to implement your site.
Elcom Services - QAT of Whole Site

Quality Assurance & Deployment

We know how important it is that your site functions the way you need it to in order to achieve your digital goals. Every site goes through rigorous refining and testing including:

  • Elcom system testing + refinements
  • User Acceptance Testing (‘UAT’) + refinements
  • Client UAT acceptance

This really just means that we take quality assurance (QA) seriously, and test the different areas of your site! The team can also work with you to create testing use cases.

Following this, you'll have a project manager and support team on hand, to ensure your go live process is seamless.

Elcom Services - Training


To ensure your in-house team are in the best position to maximise the results from your new solution, we offer flexible training options - both face-to-face and through online meetings. Choose from:

  • Publishers and Administrators. In-depth training on how to use the platform on a day to day basis, covering all relevant features, modules and connectors.
  • Frontend Developers. Training on using Elcom Masterpages, Stylesheets, Codeblocks and more.
  • Backend Developers. Training on using Elcom SDK and API and any custom functionality.
Elcom Services - Warranty Support

Warranty & Support

A lot of vendors consider a project completed once it goes live - but not here at Elcom!

  • 3 Month Warranty. We have a warranty and transition phase between projects to daily operations to ensure you are comfortable working in your new site.
  • Helpdesk Support. You'll also have access to our Helpdesk Support team through phone, email and online support forms.
  • Account Manager. After the deployment of your solution, you will also be assigned a dedicated Account Manager to oversee the continual success of your site.

Business Analysts

  • Initial Scoping. If required, one of our Business Analysts will sit with you and/or your team onsite to scope out your project, uncover goals, requirements and priorities.

Project Managers

You will have a dedicated Project Manager to ensure the project runs on track and the solution meets your expectations.

  • Comprehensive Project Methodology. Your Project Manager will guide you throughout the entire process from the initial kick-off meeting through to post-launch support.

Front End Developers and Designers

Elcom's expert team of Front End Developers (FEDs) and Designers have decades of experience designing engaging and user-friendly sites.

  • Initial Design Workshop. Your dedicated FED and/or designer will complete a design questionnaire with you, as well as delve deep to get a good understanding of what you want from a design point of view.
  • Collaborative Design Process. For ease of use, Elcom will setup a project user account within Figma to enable interactive collaboration on the design throughout the entire design phase of the project.



Backend Web Developers

Elcom's Web Developers not only build and manage the Elcom platform, they're on hand to assist with any custom development you require and turn your ideas into reality.

  • Custom Development. Our developers have worked across all industries and have built everything from a custom mortgage calculator to custom integrations to industry systems. 
  • Custom Modifications. Our developers can also customise any of Elcom's base features, modules and native connectors, so it looks and/or functions exactly the way you want on your site.




Our training team works with you to design training to meet your specific needs, and they are happy to travel to your office or to train you in one of the Elcom offices.

  • Flexible Training. You set the pace and decide when you want to take each stage of training, and how much training you want.
  • Publisher and Admin Trainer. An Elcom trainer can guide you through everything from content population to content management.
  • Developer Trainer. Our team can train your in-house developers on using the Elcom SDK and API and any custom functionality.

After your project goes live, your main point of contact will transition to an Elcom Account Manager. Our Customer Success team have several years of experience to help you continually support your evolving needs.

  • Regular Communication. Your Account Manager will set up regular scheduled calls and/or face-to-face meetings.
  • Support. They'll be on hand to trouble shoot any issues or queries you have, so you have the answers you need fast.
  • Strategic Partner. With a deep knowledge of the Elcom platform, they will work with you to make the most of your platform well beyond the initial project launch.



Helpdesk Team

Our Helpdesk team are always on hand to provide you with full support for any aspect of your site.

  • In-house Support. Our support team are located in our Sydney head office and sit alongside all other departments including FEDs and Web Developers. This means there is open, internal communication, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
  • Multiple Support Channels. You can reach the Helpdesk team in multiple ways including phone, email and the Elcom Reference Site.
  • 24/7 Support. Elcom runs a 24/7 support desk for all critical level 1 and 2 issues - so you can rest assured that help is available at all times.
