Most Elcom clients build every form with the same handful of field types: a text box, a dropdown, a date picker. A few more powerful fields have been sitting inside Form Creator all along, ready to do the maths and take some of the manual chasing off your team’s plate.
In this session, we put some fields and settings under the microscope. Some save your team time on data entry, some replace a signature on paper, and some take the guesswork out of who a form goes to next.
What we'll cover:
- Setting up calculated fields that do the maths automatically
- Prepopulating fields with existing user information, so people aren't retyping what you already know
- Capturing a proper sign off, using the Signature field, checkbox acceptance, or an automatic timestamp
- Using User Selector to add a fixed option so people can pick the right person for notifications or approval
