According to Dell and Intel’s Future of Workforce 2016 Study employees ‘are becoming increasingly dissatisfied’ with the technology capabilities in their workplace. Forms and Workflows
With an intuitive and easy-to-use drag and drop style user experience, Forms in Elcom are easy to create and implement into web pages. They can be used with Elcom Workflows to automate business processes for approval of content and forms - improving workplace efficiency.
Tracking Management simplifies the process of resolving issues, enabling users to generate articles to track, and manage internal processes such as incident, performance and issue tracking. A simple form is filled in which captures the information on a specific item or activity. Organisations will experience the efficient and organised resolution of items by using Elcom’s Tracking Management module.
The Events Module makes it easier to plan and run any events in the organisation, consisting of different activities for which attendees have to register. The v10.5 update includes an updated user interface to create and manage events.
