You will have a dedicated Project Manager (PM) to ensure the project runs on track and the solution meets your expectations.

  • Comprehensive project methodology. Your Project Manager will guide you throughout the entire process from the initial kick-off meeting through to post-launch support.
  • Consistent communication. You can expect regular weekly or bi-weekly meetings to discuss the progress of your project. And of course, your PM is also only a phone call or away if you need to chat between meetings.

Business Analyst

Business Analysts (BAs) are always on hand to ensure our platform is set up in the best way possible to meet your business needs. 

  • Initial scoping. If required, one of our BAs will sit with you and your PM onsite to scope out your project, uncover goals, requirements and priorities.
  • Expert recommendations. Working with the PM, our BAs can deliver a comprehensive document outlining project requirements and suggested solutions.
  • Throughout the project. If any additional business needs are required throughout the project, our BAs are happy to step in and ensure we can meet your needs.

Elcom Team - Frontend Developers

FED / Designer

Elcom's expert team of Frontend Developers (FEDs) and Designers have decades of experience designing engaging and user-friendly sites.

  • Initial design workshop. Your dedicated FED and/or designer will complete a design questionnaire with you, as well as delve deep to get a good understanding of what you want from a design point of view.
  • Collaborative design process. For ease of use, Elcom will setup a project user account with InVision to enable interactive collaboration on the design throughout the entire design phase of the project.

Backend Web Developers

Elcom's Web Developers not only build and manage the Elcom platform, they're on hand to assist with any custom development you require and turn your ideas into reality.

  • Custom development. Our developers have worked across all industries and have built everything from a custom mortgage calculator to custom integrations to industry systems. 
  • Custom modifications. Our developers can also customise any of Elcom's base features, modules and native connectors, so it looks and/or functions exactly the way you want on your site.

Our training team works with you to design training to meet your specific needs, and they are happy to travel to your office or to train you in one of the Elcom offices.

  • Flexible Training. You set the pace and decide when you want to take each stage of training, and how much training you want.
  • Publisher and Admin Trainer. An Elcom trainer can guide you through everything from content population to content management.
  • Developer Trainer. Our team can train your in-house developers on using the Elcom SDK and API and any custom functionality.

Our Helpdesk team are always on hand to provide you with full support for any aspect of your site.

  • In-house support. Our support team are located in our Sydney head office and sit alongside all other departments including FEDs and Backend Developers. This means there is open, internal communication, ensuring issues are resolved quickly.
  • Multiple support channels. You can reach the Helpdesk team in multiple ways including phone, email and the Elcom Reference Site.
  • 24/7 support. Elcom runs a 24/7 support desk for all critical level 1 and 2 issues - so you can rest assured that help is available at all times.
