Scoping
Typical scoping engagements include 2-4 days onsite working with the client to uncover goals, requirements and priorities. The deliverable is a comprehensive document outlining project requirements and suggested solutions. Scoping includes a range of functions including Information Architecture and Taxonomy Consulting. |
Project Management
All projects managed by Elcom include a designated Project Manager well versed in coordinating staff and assets to provide high quality Web, Intranet or Extranet site. Project managers are able to manage resources, timeframes and expenditure timings as well as coordinating and advising on web strategy, user buy-in and training requirements. |
Creative Web Design
The Elcom Graphic Design and Creative team have produced more than 150 unique corporate designs over the last 7 years. Covering logo, web and corporate image design, this has been one of our key differentiators when compared to other software vendors. Custom Development
Elcom has built custom line-of-business applications for a number of Australia’s largest companies including Austrade, LendLease and KIA. All Elcom solutions are built using ASP.NET and SQL Server, with our Community Manager ECMS product as a foundation. Integration is key, with interfaces to NetSuite, Microsoft CRM, Perfectus and Navision all successfully delivered in the last 12 months. |

Elcom provides staging and production server hosting to customers who have purchased Community Manager (general hosting is not provided).
Hosting includes high availability, high performance servers, large internet bandwidth and a complete range of backup and value added services. |
