Research Dashboard
A Commuinty Manager Webpart |
|
The Requirement
The Research Department at Schroders collect company information from a variety of sources including analyst briefings, meetings, presentations, talks and road shows. Information was being stored in a mix of unrelated formats and structures, and with the rapid increase of information, it was becoming difficult to extract and analyse data in a meaningful way.
Schroders had a vision to store all information in a central location, accessible by everyone, with appropriate security measures in place.
Elcom was approached with a loose specification and wireframe developed by one of the stock analysts and keenly stepped up to the challenge to enhance the specification and then develop and implement a robust web based solution. |
