Editing
Writing and maintain content is simple for all levels of user. The WYSIWYG editor supports all common functions (similar to Microsoft Word) including formatting, Find & Replace, Spell check, Paste from Word, Cut, Copy and Paste, Insert images, Tables, Flash, multimedia, Article elements, Special characters and much more. |
Publishing
Full control over publishing is provided, with everything from single click publish, through to minute control over article attributes, SEO elements, scheduling of availability and workflow processes for signoff and approval. |
Content Manager
Easy management of ALL content, including articles, images, video and audio from one easily searchable screen. Consider it your own mini-DAMS (Digital Asset Management System). |
Link Managment
All links created between content are harvested, indexed and stored in the link repository. If content is edited, moved or deleted the system will gracefully manage change without breaking the link. The status of all links can be easily viewed using the link reporting tool. |
Folder level styling
Each folder can have its own styling, allowing different areas of the business, or departments of the company, to control their own look & feel. Articles placed in each folder automatically inherit the styling presets of the folder. |

Acknowledgement
Insert ‘I have read and understood’ acknowledgement buttons on any content. Button submission is recorded against user records. |

Reports
View summarised reports and drill down into content. Report on folders, articles, users, subscribers, members, article and template usage, events, business matching and statistics. Reports can be extracted to Excel for further analysis. |
Web Analytics
Extensive report options on site activity, including hourly, daily, weekly & monthly hits, page views, referrers, search engines, entry & exit pages. Marketing and visitor overviews, traffic, spider and browser reports and much more. |
Site personalisation
Personalise the site per user, allowing them to be directed to a specific folder or location when signing in. Articles can be tagged to personalise content. |
My Work
A listing of current items of interest for the logged in user. Includes workflow baskets they need to interact with, emails, documents and article checkouts. |
Document library
Specify which documents to display based on upload locations, how many to display and the look & feel of their display. Associate metadata, and specify access based on security groups. Search and filter documents based on keywords and numerous other criteria. |
Image library
Store, search and retrieve images, adding descriptions and ALT tags. Storage is folder based and Image searches return image thumbnails. Bulk upload via email and FTP, and synchronise with FTP or database directories. |
Image hot-spots
Display database info via mouse-over of images or image maps. Image hot-spots can be linked to descriptions, article sections and popups. |
Multimedia library
Ability to import and categorise multimedia files including MP3, WMV and Flash files. Files can be inserted into articles. |
Version control
All changes to article content and attributes are stored, allowing the user to roll back at any time to a previous version. There is no limit to the number of versions saved. |
Multiple menus
Configure multiple user-specific menus (eg a different menu for each department in a company). Each area of a site can have its own look & feel, with the option of different left/top menus. |
Recycle bin
A complete recycle bin for articles is provided, with deleted articles kept either indefinitely or purged on a pre-set interval (eg 30 days). One of the most requested features of Community Manager over the last three years! |
Ad Serving
Manage online ad applications and campaigns, with the ability to support public requests for advertising inclusion. Can be integrated with workflow processes for calculating ad selection and delivery. |
eCards
Send personalised E-cards to selected mailing lists or individual recipients. |

Thesaurus
