The Elcom Partner Program provides a opportunity for partners to design and deliver web-based solutions based on our Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) – CommunityManager.NET to their clients, including intranets, extranets and websites.
By utilising Elcom’s product suite and with access to the full range of Elcom services - including development, technical and support staff - Elcom Partners can provide new and profitable solutions to their client base.

Elcom Certified Partner
Elcom Certified Partners are chosen based on their capacity to successfully utilise the Elcom product range in order to provide compelling solutions to their clients. They are typically companies looking to increase revenue and business offerings in the ECMS and intranet solution spaces.
Elcom Certified Partners are able to provide a high quality service, implementing Elcom’s enterprise content management product range. |
Elcom Gold Certified Partner
Gold Certified Partners are those partners who deliver a minimum of 3 Elcom based solutions a year. Gold Partners receive additional pricing advantages, premium support, access to technology previews, and specialised training options. | |

Partner Benefit Details
Increased Revenue
All partners receive Elcom products at special partner pricing. Partners are free to sell Elcom products at any range up to RRP and keep the difference. |
Ongoing Annuities (Gold)
Gold Certified Partners share in the ongoing annuities revenue from Elcom maintenance plans. Annuities revenue is shared with Gold Partners who directly manage the customer relationship. |
Priority Support
Partners have priority access to help desk, technical support and training resources at Elcom. |
Specialised partner only training
Partner training is a specialised program of specific training courses, tailored for partner needs and requirements. Partners are also able to on-sell Elcom training and make further revenue. |
Partner only forum
Elcom Certified Partners have access to the Partner only Community forum, constantly monitored by technical, developer and helpdesk staff to provide immediate answers to partner questions. |
Partner extranet
Elcom Certified Partners have access to the Partner extranet with tools, demonstration systems, plug-ins and marketing materials. |
Partner case studies
The Elcom web site will feature successful partner case studies, and include the opportunity to feature in user groups, newsletters and marketing joint ventures. |
Exclusive access to Beta releases
Partners are given access to beta releases of upcoming Elcom product versions.
Feedback from partners is prioritized into the development process and highly valued by the development team.
Technical support for partners is provided within our highest service level guidelines. |
Technology previews (Gold Partners)
A select set of Elcom Gold Certified Partners are given exclusive access to Elcom technology previews. These are the product enhancements being slated for release 3 months or more in the future. Technology previews allow partners to be part of the design and development process, as well as allowing pre-launch activities to commence. |
User Groups
Elcom has a growing community of customers and partners. Elcom Certified Partners have the opportunity to present at Elcom user groups and product launches. |
Special hosting pricing (Gold Partners)
Elcom Gold Certified Partners are given special pricing on Elcom Hosting offerings, allowing them to further increase revenue by on-selling Elcom Hosting. |

Scoping
Typical scoping engagements include 2-4 days onsite working with the client to uncover goals, requirements and priorities. The deliverable is a comprehensive document outlining project requirements and suggested solutions. Scoping includes a range of functions including Information Architecture and Taxonomy Consulting. |
Project Management
All projects managed by Elcom include a designated Project Manager well versed in coordinating staff and assets to provide high quality Web, Intranet or Extranet site. Project managers are able to manage resources, timeframes and expenditure timings as well as coordinating and advising on web strategy, user buy-in and training requirements. |
Creative
The Elcom Graphic Design and Creative team have produced more than 150 unique corporate designs over the last 7 years. Covering logo, web and corporate image design, this has been one of our key differentiators when compared to other software vendors. Designs are optimised for use with Community Manager and seamlessly integrate with our custom development releases.

Custom Development
Elcom has built custom line-of-business applications for a number of Australia’s largest companies including Austrade, LendLease and KIA. All Elcom solutions are built using ASP.NET and SQL Server, with our Community Manager ECMS product as a foundation. Integration is key, with interfaces to NetSuite, Microsoft CRM, Perfectus and Navision all successfully delivered in the last 12 months. |
Implementation
The Elcom implementation team has delivered over 250 client sites to date.
Implementation is the process of taking requirements, applying designs, incorporating custom development and delivering it in a high quality, timely manner.
Our implementation team is experienced in Usability design, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies. |
Support
All Elcom projects are comprehensively support with a Help desk, Technical Support and dedicated developer team on hand to manage any issues. |
Hosting
Elcom provides staging and production server hosting to customers who have purchased Community Manager (general hosting is not provided).

Partner Requirements
In order to qualify for enrolment in the Elcom Partner program, the following requirements need to be met:
- Partners must have a demonstrated ability to excel in their chosen area of business (e.g. digital agency or systems integrator). This is recognised via the quality of customer base, revenue targets and service offering strategies.
- Partners must have an in-house team capable of delivering the chosen service strategies.
