Lend Lease was looking for a cost effective solution for its Community Portals that had the ability to be deployed and replicated over multiple sites. Lend Lease required each deployment to be customised with the ability to integrate the system with current IT systems.

Elcom’s Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), CommunityManager.NET was implemented to solve Lend Lease’s requirements. CommunityManager.NET enabled Lend Lease to provide its residents with a Community Portal that was relevant in the residential context, with a simple content management process.
The solution provided to Lend Lease enables various levels of security to be activated allowing teams to manage the portal as well as other members to become active with the Community Portal.
