The Requirement
ARAZPA required a complete redesign of their existing website and in the process, creating a new look and feel through the implementation of a content management system. The requirements of the project included:
- An approval process, whereby web pages could be approved before they went ‘live’
- Flexibility of multiple publishers in different locations
- An easy to use interface that allowed for multiple publishers
- Assistance with a unique professional design of the new website
- A professional presence on the internet and enhanced user experience
The Solution
Elcom was able to meet the specific business requirements of ARAZPA through the implementation of Elcom’s Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS), CommunityManager.NET.
Elcom worked closely with ARAZPA to create a solution that presented a professional image that mirrored that of ARAZPA – an organisation that links over 70 institutions, that are all working together to protect and conserve the world’s wildlife.
As per the requirements, it was very important that the system implemented had the ability to manage the ARAZPA membership base, including registering members and communicating with members through e-newsletters. Elcom’s CommunityManager.NET was a perfect fit to the requirements of ARAZPA. Elcom’s experienced creative team designed a website that presents the professional image of ARAZPA.
The implementation of Elcom’s CommunityManager.NET has enabled ARAZPA to approve web page content before the page goes ‘live’ through the use of the Workflow module.
The Benefits
ARAZPA has experienced multiple benefits as a result of the implementation of Elcom’s Community Manager.NET. These benefits include:
