Elcom provides Australian and International client support from its head office at the Australian Technology Park in Sydney, Australia.
Elcom was founded by John Anstey in 1996 with the vision of developing customizable internet software products and solutions that could be integrated into any organization. Over the last 11 years, Elcom has continued to develop and has been the driving force and architects of large clients including The Australian Trade Commission (Austrade), Australian Taxation Office’s eTax system, Selleys and Hyundai.

We are a multi-skilled, experienced team dedicated to providing you with intuitive, integrated, and user-friendly software solutions. Elcom’s software, technology capability and track record is credit to our dedicated executive team and the talented Elcom staff.
John Anstey, Chief Executive Officer
elcom was founded by John Anstey in 1996. After a period of six years at Corporate Express in the roles of CFO and then CIO, John assisted Corporate Express to dominate its industry and list on the ASX.
Ron Mannix, Sales Director
Ron joined elcom in 1997, after six years at Corporate Express, as a sales manager and manager of the MacOffice division. He assisted David Koch’s publishing business to go online.
Anthony Milner, Project Director
Anthony joined elcom in 2000 after a systems and project manager role at Shaw stockbroking where he managed the egoli online financial news site. He then project managed e-tax for elcom and other mission critical systems.
Craig Bailey, Technical Director
Craig joined Elcom in 2007 after working at Talman Systems for 9 years where he managed software products, solutions and support teams. He has been awarded the prestigious MVP (Most Valuable Professional) title by Microsoft. Craig has a keen interest in Business and Technology and runs the “Sydney Business & Technology User Group". Craig is passionate about Microsoft Technology and writes about it regularly on both his website and blog.
