Business Development Manager (Sydney)
Business Development Manager (Melbourne)

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager the primary focus of this stimulating and challenging role will be actively generate new business, by engaging with customers and driving solution sales through to conclusion.

The role is a superb opportunity for an experienced solution sales person (a genuine hunter with a consultative style) to contribute to a company that appreciates and rewards success.

If you are passionate about the web, understand its endless capabilities and have the experience of selling software applications or enterprise content management systems then this is an opportunity for you.

As a senior BDM within the elcom sales team you will be focused on 4 keys areas:

• Solution Selling
• Pipeline Management
• Customer Satisfaction
• Networking

With the ability to earn in excess of $150,000.00, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years experience in a software related industry in developing new business opportunities. Experience and skills in selling Enterprise Content Management solutions will be looked upon favorably. A passion for Web and online applications is essential as is the possession of high energy levels, a good work ethic, and exceptional communication skills. Formal previous sales training is desirable.
