  • File names for pdf documents

    When you have spaces in the file name of a pdf document, Firefox will not prompt the user the open the document in Adobe Reader. Therefore the user will have to select what program to open the pdf document. I would recommend saving all documents with no spaces e.g. test.pdf not test 1.pdf

    Just advising that there is no way to lock down the base folder, so you should not upload any private docs or articles etc to that folder. Reason being if you have a search feature on your website and you have private documents or articles in the base folder, the public will be able to pick those up...
