The best way to insert the google analytics code is to apply it to an article that exists throughout the entire website.

An example is the Banner or Footer.

To insert the Google Analytics code follow the below instructions

Note: Please use Firefox if the Google Analytics code contains no script tags E.g <no script> XXXXX </noscript>

Login to your website

Go to: Dashboard / Admin > Publishing > Folders

Expand the Site Layout folder

Select the Banner or Footer

Edit the Article

Click on the < > button to go into HTML view as shown below in the image

Copy the Google Analytics Code and paste it into the HTML view of the article

Click "Publish" or "Save & Check In"
