&lt;p&gt;To do this - Login to your website&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Go to:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Admin or Dashboard &amp;gt; Publishing &amp;gt; Document Libray&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Click on Upload New Document&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Complete the Mandatory fields&amp;nbsp;mark with a &lt;font color="red"&gt;*&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt; (Folder, File, Description)&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All the other fields are optional.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once you have done that click on Upload File(s). Now you have uploaded the document.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Go to the article you would like to edit.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Once you are in the content editor create text or an image to add a link to the document.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Highlight the text or if you are using an image select the image.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Click on the insert Document icon, search for the document you want, select the file and click on Add File Link.&lt;/p&gt;
