The problem is that the discounted price is falling below the site cost for the product.
Eg. For product ABC, site cost = 1770 which is also the list price.
Any discount will make it fall below the site cost.
To fix, You have to set the site cost to $1000 for product ABC so that the discounted price is still above the site cost.
