    How to use the Linked Droplist Box option in Form Creator

    In Form Creator go into edit mode

    In the Form Creator Fields section click on "Add Field"

    Select Type Linked Droplist Box

    Enter the following

    - Caption
    - Input Box Width

    In the Link Options section

    Input an option name and click on "Add" and repeat this step until you have completed all your options

    The Below fields are optional

    - Mandatory Field
    - Exclude field from Email
    - Group

    Once you have done that click on "Save & Add New"




    Click on "Add Field"

    Select Type Linked Droplist Box

    Enter the following

    - Caption
    - Input Box Width

    In the Link Options section

    Input an option name and click on "Add" and repeat this step until you have completed all your options

    Note: These are the options that will be available for the 2nd set

    Now you can select which option goes with which answer

    Click on the first Option and click on the Available Answer then select the arrow pointing to the left (<) to move the Available Answer to the Depends on Answer section.

    You can add more then one answer linked up to an option.

    Repeat this step if until you have completed all the options listed.



    Click on "Save & Add New" if you would like to add a 3rd set of options or click "Save Field" if it completes your Linked DropList Box category.
