Searching for a phrase in Community Manager will work as follows:

Scenario 1. Keywords = Elcom Technology  

will :

1. 1st search all content with the phrase Elcom Technology in it, then
2. search for all content with the word Elcom in it, then
3. search for all content with the word Technology in it.

Search results will appear in order of relevancy with items found in (1) most relevant and items found in (3) least relevant.

Scenario 2.  Keywords = "Elcom Technology"  (ie. enclosing search phrase in double quotes) 

will :

1. Search all content with the phrase Elcom Technology in it ONLY.

Additional information regarding search terms:

• And as well as the plus (+) character can be used. Searching for Elcom and Technology, or Elcom + Technology will both look for all content with Elcom and all content with Technology. 
• Minus (-) character can not be used to restrict searching.
• The wildcard character can not  be used
